We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Pump Service Technician to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Pump Service Technician will be responsible for managing, cataloging, and updating internal software systems of incoming breakdown, evaluation, and repair equipment. This individual will also be involved in building pump units/packages, providing technical services and support to customers, and collaborating with account managers and clients to ensure timely repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and be eager to hone their professional skills. Candidates must have a valid Florida driving license, as they will be driving a work truck.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, catalog, and update internal software systems of incoming breakdown, evaluation, and repair equipment
• Build pump units/packages according to specifications and customer requirements
• Provide technical services and support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to ensure timely and efficient repairs of equipment
• Maintain accurate records of repair and service work, including parts and labor
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Continuously work to improve processes and increase efficiency within the department
• Drive company work truck to customer sites, as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of experience in pump service, repair, or a related field
• Valid Florida driving license and a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
