Inside Sales Support

Job Summary: 

As an Inside Sales Support team member, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating our sales processes. You will be responsible for providing essential administrative and sales support to our inside sales team, helping us maintain and enhance customer relationships, and contributing to our company's growth. 


We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong customer service focus. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and you should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 



Key Responsibilities: 


  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. 
  • Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, tracking order status, and coordinating with various departments to ensure on-time delivery. 
  • Lead Management: Qualify and route incoming leads to the appropriate sales representatives. Maintain lead databases and ensure follow-up on potential opportunities. 
  • Reporting: Generate sales reports and forecasts to provide valuable insights to the sales team and management. 
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to maintain customer records, track interactions, and ensure that customer information is up-to-date. 
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential customers to support sales strategies. 
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the inside sales team to create sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns. 




  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – English and Spanish. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.

Pump Service Technician

Location: Bartow, FL

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Pump Service Technician to join our growing team.


Job Summary:

The Pump Service Technician will be responsible for managing, cataloging, and updating internal software systems of incoming breakdown, evaluation, and repair equipment. This individual will also be involved in building pump units/packages, providing technical services and support to customers, and collaborating with account managers and clients to ensure timely repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and be eager to hone their professional skills. Candidates must have a valid Florida driving license, as they will be driving a work truck.



  • Manage, catalog, and update internal software systems of incoming breakdown, evaluation, and repair equipment
  • Build pump units/packages according to specifications and customer requirements
  • Provide technical services and support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to ensure timely and efficient repairs of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of repair and service work, including parts and labor
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Continuously work to improve processes and increase efficiency within the department
  • Drive company work truck to customer sites, as needed



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in pump service, repair, or a related field
  • Valid Florida driving license and a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
