Shipping, Returns & Sales Tax Policy

Standard Shipping

Regular shipments will be sent within 4-7 Days of placing the order, though some products may be shipped faster.

All Products over 100 pounds will be shipped by a common carrier (LTL) & will be palletised. All Buyers are responsible for proper unloading at their desired shipping address and agree to have the necessary equipment on site to unload the product(s).

Additional charges will apply if proper arrangements have not been made by the Buyer.

Though we can ship anywhere within the United States, there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.

After an order is placed, we will contact you with estimated shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you have chosen for your order. All shipping rates will be calculated based on weight of item(s) within a shipment or purchase. Please note all calculated shipping weights will be rounded to the nearest pound.

Unless otherwise requested and previously agreed, all shipments will be made F.O.B sellers plant, freight collect or prepay and added to invoice. All Shipment will be insured at the option of the buyer. Any risk of loss is on buyer beginning from time of shipment.

 

QuickShip Eligible Shipping

“QuickShip Eligible” products will be shipped within 24-72 hours of placing the order if available. 24-72 hours shipping times are subject to change based on product availability issues and supply chain issues of any kind. Arroyo Process Equipment reserves the right to change these “QuickShip Eligible” products at any time without prior notification.

 

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is based on your desired delivery address. All international shipments will not be charged sales tax. If your desired shipping address is a freight forwarder located within the US, sales tax will be charged based on the shipping address. Sales Tax will be charged on all shipments within the domestic United States unless Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is uploaded prior to the order being processed.

 

Returns Policy

For returns, please contact us at returns@arroyoprocess.com or call us at +1 (863) 333-9447 within 30 days of order. We reserve the right to not accept any Return Shipments that are not assigned to an active Inventory Return. All Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer unless previously stated by Arroyo Process Equipment. Some products may be subject to a restocking fee. To ensure proper sizing and selection of your product, please contact us for assistance prior the order. Materials of construction of any product on our store are the responsibility of the buyer. Arroyo Process Equipment is not responsible for any improper product selection for any purchases/orders of any kind without previously consulting Arroyo Process Equipment before purchasing.

Please expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases Arroyo Process Equipment will issue a refund before the end of this allotted time.
